When do licences get removed from the 365 Admin portal?
Morning All,
Having just attended the training course this morning, I thought I’d ask my first question:
I have a customer that as an EAS and they are currently in the 1st month of their 2nd year, and despite trueing down their M365 E3 licences from 2,200 to 2,100 at the anniversary, the licence quantities for M365 E3 still show as last year’s total. At what point do Microsoft change the quantities that the customer has? If the customer hasn’t actually unassigned the 100 licences, do they disappear or does the customer get charged for them?
Sorry – I know that’s more than one question!
