How to determine the #users to buy Customer Insights Attach? The licensing guide speaks of “10 or more seats of ONE of the following” How is this to be interpreted? Can I mix my 5x Sales Enterprise and 5x Customer Service Enterprise licenses and thus be eligible for Customer Insights Attach or do I have to have 10x Sales or 10x Customer Service?

Hi Marcel, I've been digging through the archives and found where Louise covers this rather nicely in her session, 'Dear Louise: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Option 1,' from 14 May 2025. The explanation is at the 14-minute mark, and you can watch it here: https://bit.ly/4jy2G4A. To answer the question, a customer can't mix licenses, it must be a single license with a quantity of 10.
